The Partners in Education Foundation for the Santa Fe Public Schools is an independent non-profit organization founded on the conviction that the entire community shares the responsibility for and the benefits of high-quality public education.

- Teacher Grants - Support over 30 teacher's innovative educational projects
- ArtWorks - Invest in serving 1,800 students and 80 teachers each year with artist-led workshops in poetry, dance, theater, music, and visual arts
- Field Trips - Help transport students to over 350 experiential learning trips outside of the classroom
- Teacher Warehouse - Provide free resources to teachers
- Teachers Who Inspire Awards - Recognize our most talented teachers with a cash award
